Why is my credit card being declined?
There may be several reasons why your credit card may be declined. For example, lack of sufficient funds, expired credit card, or fraud alerts are set to your credit card. Verify with your bank to ensure your credit card is within order. If you still have issues, please contact Support@PinkLipz.com.
Purchasing via Credit or Debit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover (American Express does not process transactions on adult-themed websites).
How will purchases appear on my statements?
Purchases made through PinkLipz will show on your statement as PinkLipz. This will also apply for purchases made through Direct Deposit, Paper Check, Wire Transfer, Facebook and PayPal. Purchases made through First choice and Paxum will display as their names.
Purchasing via PayPal:
Kisses may be purchased through your PayPal account. If you are experiencing issues purchasing Kisses through PayPal, please contact PayPal Help Center
Purchasing via Wire Transfer:
In order to make purchases via wire transfer, the minimum purchase amount is $100 USD. Please note, there is a $35 service fee for wire transfers. Contact Support@PinkLipz.comreceive the latest wire transfer information
Purchasing via Money Order or Certified Check:
If you'd like to purchase Kisses by sending a certified (bank-issued) check or money order, please make your payment payable to PinkLipz.com LLC and send it to:

Please make sure your email and username information are enclosed or noted on the memo line of the check. Certified checks and money orders are accepted in USD$ only. The minimum amount is $50.

How will the transaction appear on my credit card statement?
Transactions on our bank or credit card statement will be determined by which pay method you choose. For example, if you use a third party payment method, it will appear as CCBill or Epoch. On the other hand, if you make transaction directly on our site it will appear as PinkLipz LLC.
can i get a refund if i’m unsatisfied with a private show?
If you are unsatisfied with a model’s private show, please contact us at Support@PinkLipz.com . Refunds are granted for specific instances, determined on a case-by-case basis.
How do I get a receipt?
You will receive an email confirmation for each transaction completed on PinkLipz.com.
