Models will have a green dot on the lower left of the preview window that indicates live mode. If a model is offline, a message will appear on the model profile. You will see a static picture and a gray dot on the lower left of the preview window.
Can I favorite a model?
Absolutely! Users have the capability to save their favorite models for future viewings.
can i chat with a model?
Yes! Once you enter a chat room, you may begin a conversation with the model. Keep in mind, that other members will also be in the chat.
Is PinkLipz.com free to join?
Absolutely! Users can join PinkLipz.com for free and have the capability to watch any of our performers live.
Can I stream PinkLipz.com on my mobile device?
YES! You will be able to stream PinkLipz.com on your mobile device.
Can I use skype on PinkLipz.com?
No, Skype is not available on PinkLipz.com.

How do I create an account?
To create an account go to www.PinkLipz.com. Once your account has been created, you will be able to log onto PinkLipz.com and start chatting with our models.
How do I purchase photos or videos?
Photos and videos uploaded by performers may be free to view or have a Kisses price required to unlock them. If a photo set or video is locked, you will see the Kisses amount required in order to unlock it. Clicking the set will open up a new window which will allow you to confirm your purchase.
Why was I banned?

How do I find the models that I like?
Models can be found through several avenues on our site. You can search for models via hashtags, browsing the categories on our site, or find a specific model by their name.
What is a private show?
Interested in having a more personal experience with our models? Our site offers you the capability to have a private show in a room to yourself.
How do I start a private show?
Private shows can be initiated by clicking "Start private show" below the performers camera window.
What is spy or voyeur?
Interested in a sneak peek of a private show? This function will allow you to peek into a private show to determine if you’d like to partake in the action.
How do I send a pm?
To send a PM, simply click on the username in chat or in the Users list and select "Send private message".
How can I check my credit balance?
You can check your balance under your profile. Go to your account and select Credit/Kisses. You will also have the capability to view our Kisses Packages and purchase directly from this screen.
How do I Cancel my membership?
We would hate to see you leave, but if you must cancel your membership you can do so by disabling your account under Account Settings or you can contact us directly at Support@PinkLipz.com

How do I become a PinkLipz.com Model?
In order to become a PinkLipz.com model, click on Model Registration and fill out the required information. Once your information has been submitted, we will validate your information. After determining your eligibility, you will receive confirmation from PinkLipz.com.

What Are kisses?
Kisses are our form of Tokens/Credits.
How do I buy Kisses?

There may be several reasons why your credit card may be declined. For example, lack of sufficient funds, expired credit card, or fraud alerts are set to your credit card. Purchasing via Credit or Debit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover (American Express does not process transactions on adult-themed websites).
How will purchases appear on my statements?
Purchases made through PinkLipz will show on your statement as PinkLipz. This will also apply for purchases made through Direct Deposit, Paper Check, Wire Transfer, Facebook and PayPal. Purchases made through First choice and Paxum will display as their names.
Purchasing via PayPal:
Kisses may be purchased through your PayPal account. If you are experiencing issues purchasing Kisses through PayPal, please contact PayPal Help Center
Purchasing via Wire Transfer:
In order to make purchases via wire transfer, the minimum purchase amount is $100 USD. Please note, there is a $35 service fee for wire transfers. Contact Support@PinkLipz.com receive the latest wire transfer information
Purchasing via Money Order or Certified Check:
If you'd like to purchase Kisses by sending a certified (bank-issued) check or money order, please make your payment payable to PinkLipz.com LLC and send it to:

How will the transaction appear on my credit card statement?
Transactions on our bank or credit card statement will be determined by which pay method you choose. For example, if you use a third party payment method, it will appear as CCBill or Epoch. On the other hand, if you make transaction directly on our site it will appear as PinkLipz LLC.
can i get a refund if i’m unsatisfied with a private show?
If you are unsatisfied with a model’s private show, please contact us at Support@PinkLipz.com . Refunds are granted for specific instances, determined on a case-by-case basis.

You will receive an email confirmation for each transaction completed on PinkLipz.com.
